monobombo Teamwork Guide

Monobombo works best when the team decides how information moves before the bomb starts asking for answers.

Communication plans

Choose the plan that matches your group

The official premise limits what each role can comfortably perceive or say. Your plan should reduce noise and make confirmation obvious.

Voice chat

Use one final caller. Other teammates can describe clues, but the action should wait for the final caller to repeat it.

Text chat

Use short words and avoid long explanations during the timer. Agree on yes, stop, reset, and done before the round.

Mixed chat

When one player uses voice and another uses text, the final action should be repeated in the slower channel.

Role handoff

Rotate after practice rounds

If one player keeps getting stuck, rotate roles after a round. Learning the other limits makes future callouts clearer.

Team habit

Do not talk over the clue holder

Let the player with the clue finish first. Then let the player who can act repeat the action before anyone touches the bomb.
